Yoga Classes
Please check in for class at the Clubhouse front desk. Classes will be held by the pool or inside the clubhouse depending on weather. Mats are available in the fitness room. Child-care is available given a 24-hour notice. Fees will apply.

Balanced FlowCome work out the kinks and let the stress of the day flow away! For those looking to complement their athletic endeavors, this practice will work to increase the strength, flexibility and balance of your physical body, mind and spirit. The breath will guide movement through a slow flow, incorporating repetition of movement and holding of postures.
This practice is designed to bring awareness of habitual movement patterns as well find openness in areas that typically become sore or aggravated as a result of sports and exercise regimes. To make it a harmonic yoga experience, tidbits of yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath work) and meditation will also be integrated into the practice. Take some time for yourself and get balanced!

This class is designed with you in mind, so prepare for the unexpected while we focus on the core to ignite the fire within! By synching breath and movement you can challenge your mind & body, or discover flow for the first time at your own pace. Let's sweat & shine!

Private InstructionBy Appointment only. Please include the desired instructor's name.
Private yoga instruction is a great way to start a yoga practice, to dive deeper into the postures, a segueway from an injury or illness, or just time away from the mat. Individualized yoga practice is how yoga began and how it has been passed down through the years. We look forward to opening the doorway either in a group class or 1:1 to allow your yoga practice to unfold.
